375ml (500g) Jar of local Vancouver Island Blackberry Honey with a bit of Fireweed.  This is a raw unprocessed honey.

Blackberry honey is a sweet, thick, delightfully flavoured honey.   It crystalizes quite quickly but into a smooth, yellow texture.  Perfect on toast.

It is light in colour.
